This list answers our most asked questions.

Is CBRC affiliated with another organization?

CBRC is an independent club, member-funded and member led. All membership fees stay within the club to provide services and support our runners. With a strong commitment to give back to the communities in which we run, we often partner with charities in fundraising events. CBRC is also designated as a 501(c)3 non-profit.

How much is a CBRC membership?

Adult Memberships are $55 per year and a Youth Membership (ages 13-16) is $30 per year. Youth runners must be accompanies by a parent/guardian to all runs. They must also be able to keep pace with their chosen pace group.

A membership fee allows CBRC to remain independent and provide more services and events for our runners.

Can I run with CBRC without out being a member?

We welcome anyone who would like to run with us at any time during the year. We do ask that you register for the runs so we know how many and who will be attending. You will also be asked at registration to check that you have read and acknowledge our event waiver.

What does CBRC's membership in RRCA mean?

Founded in 1958, the Road Runner Clubs of America (RRCA) is the largest and oldest national association of runners and running organizations dedicated to growing the sport of running.

As a RRCA member, CBRC is able to take advantage of affordable insurance rates to protect our runners, and thus offer a wide range of runs and activities.

What is your Diversity & Inclusion Policy?

Runners come from all walks of life and we are committed to maintaining an inclusive environment for everyone. We celebrate diversity--of background, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, pace, and body type. All runners deserve to belong. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. Our club is a place for community and acceptance, not division and hate.

Everyone has a role to play in ensuring that we all feel safe and welcome, and we are accountable to ourselves and to each other to keep it that way.
