About the Event
Want to work on your running efficiency? Speed? Or just want to have fun?
Join us every Monday at the Schenley Oval for a track workout. Runners of all paces and levels are welcome.
What to expect: We encourage everyone to arrive by 6:15pm for some warm-up laps. At 6:30pm, we will begin group dynamic warm-ups. Around 6:40pm, runners will start the track workout. The work-outs vary by week and are led by a certified coach. Have questions? Email us.
Registration is mandatory and we ask that you observe our COVID-19 protocol:
- Observe social distancing.
- If you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please do not attend.
- If you are not feeling well, do not attend.
