Distances of 3 & 5 miles
We will have Trail (Woods) and Road (Rail-Trail) options.
The best parking is likely at the Montour Trail at Hassam Road. Limited parking is available at the Montour Woods trailhead.
The Trail run will start from the Montour Woods trailhead, with participants who park at the Montour Trail walking ~0.1 to the Montour Woods trailhead.
The Rail-Trail run will start from the Montour Trail Hassam Road lot.
We ask that you observe our COVID-19 protocol:
- If you are not vaccinated, a mask or other face covering is required while you are congregating before and after the run.
- Observe social distancing.
- If you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please do not attend.
- If you are not feeling well, do not attend.
